October is National Sensory Awareness Month. This year, the SPD Foundation will be celebrating 30 years!

OJTA has developed an awesome collaborative partnership to bring readers a fun and informative “30 for 30″ event and it includes YOU.
Our exciting event is aptly named 30 Sensational Activities in 30 days to celebrate 30 years of the SPD Foundation in an effort to raise awareness about Sensory Processing Disorder.

Join us! Starting NOW…pick up a copy of Starting Sensory Integration Therapy: Fun Activities That Won’t Destroy Your Home or Classroom. Order HERE. Or borrow a copy from your local library.

Next, select 1-3 activities to do with your child. As you are doing these activities, take notes, take pictures, or take video. If you want to get creative, make a montage, slide show or video.
Then, submit everything to OJTA for publication throughout Sensory Awareness Month. Contact Us for Submission E-mail& Details.

Each day from 10/1 through 10/30, OJTA will publish your submissions.
